Workplace Consultants needed support for their surveyors and help with general document creation and formatting on an ad hoc basis.  As the help required was not at a set time each day or week, employing an extra person part-time with fixed hours to do this was not cost effective or practical.

Having worked previously for lawyers specialising in defending professional indemnity claims, I was familiar with all the terminology and documents that I would be required to work on.  Being able to work on a totally ad hoc basis I was able to facilitate this need and only charged for the time I worked.

Jackie has worked with us for around 14 years and has been regarded as part of our team. She has always produced work to an excellent standard so much so that one of our surveyors will only use her for his reports.

Her skill set with Microsoft is advanced and we have always relied on her to do all those things that were just beyond our skill set!

I have known Jackie Paul for nearly 3 years. Alan is based in the UK and owns a property abroad.  He does not have time to manage all the administrative aspects of running a home abroad along with managing the holiday rentals for that property.  Apart from being kept up to date on what was happening, he wanted someone to take entire responsibility for the running of his home.  He had previously been using another company, who were not fulfilling their role to his expectations.

This brief falls under part of the services that I offer as a virtual assistant (as well as being partly hands on) and I was able to take this on with ease.  It has saved him valuable time and given peace of mind that his property is being well cared for.
